[Pendulum Effect]
Once per turn: You can make this card’s Pendulum Scale 6 until the end of this turn. When a card or effect is activated: You can Tribute 1 “Dinomist” monster, and if you do, negate the activation, and if you do that, destroy it. You can only use this effect of “Dinomist Paras” once per turn.

Must first be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by Tributing the above cards you control (in which case you do not use "Polymerization"). This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: You can add 1 “Dinomist” card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of “Dinomist Paras” once per turn. Once per chain, during your Battle Phase or your opponent's Main Phase: You can place this card in your unoccupied Pendulum Zone (this is a Quick Effect).

The idea for making a Fusion for Dinomists is their connection with Dracoslayers in the lore which gave us "Dinoster Powerful, the Strong Dracoslayer".
With that I figured Dinomists have an affinity for Fusion Summoning, so I should push that angle and give them Fusion Monsters (and a fuser) that fix some of their weaknesses, in this case add some search power while keeping up with Dinomist's theme of Monster Effects and a Pendulum Effect as better protection for your Dinomists. This card won't get its pair (in the form of a Fusion Pendulum, its pair is the fuser) but I gave it the Scale changing effect to make it a versatile scale in Dinomists.

EDIT: Gave it an additional summoning method to make it easier to summon in Dinomists, to give them another reason to use Fusions more and not rely on the fuser or Poly.
